1. Services Provided We offer notarial services including in-person and remote online notarizations, document authentication, and related administrative support. We do not provide legal advice or interpret documents.

2. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide valid identification and ensure all documents are complete and accurate prior to notarization. We reserve the right to decline service if documents are incomplete or identification is invalid.

3. Fees & Payment Fees are clearly listed at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional fees may apply for travel, after-hours appointments, or specialized services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the nature of the service and circumstances.

5. Privacy & Data Use We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of notarized documents. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
